You can attach images or documents that need to be shared or help to detail the follow-up. In this way, all users have access to the same files and images, to the complete history of what happened making it more efficient and receive faster responses.

Ingrid uses the non-relational database Redis, which ensures exceptionally high speed.
Ingrid is hosted in the Google cloud, which allows extreme information confidentiality and immediate data availability.

Configuration and data migration

It allows import drawings, from files with georeferenced information. These can be kmz, shapes or dwg (AutoCad). Regarding data, migration from Excel files is possible, to the extent that the fields to be migrated are part of Ingrid's data sheets.
Different types of analysis can be performed that serve different areas of a company such as maintenance, billing, claims, auditing, planning and engineering, amongst others.

They can be printed in PDF format, and in very high quality. It permits you to make plots for project folders, for example.

Interaction with other systems

Yes, Ingrid allows interfaces with different systems, including CRMs, billing systems and everything that is monitored in the company (fiber optic monitoring systems, SCADA systems, etc.). This information can be unified, analyzed and enhanced with Ingrid, providing a single mobile access point to company data.

Operations

Ingrid ensures back up availability, which is carried out daily. In any case, the permanent availability of the topology history and its data, means that it is not necessary to recover a backup to search for previous information.
Ingrid associates each piece of data with 5 coordinates (x, y, z, initial time and final time). In this way, and unlike other GIS systems, the time coordinate is a native attribute of the database and by which it permits to have the topological history and its related information.
Yes, Ingrid allows editing and saves the changes made for when the signal is readily available. At that moment, the information is already available in the cloud for all those who want to have access to it.
Yes, in its Enterprise version, Ingrid allows the use of proprietary mapping furnished by the client (for example, municipal zone diagrams)

Topology

Each object is automatically related to another when the connection is made. The topology will allow analysis of connections downstream of the selected object, and its "path to source", as well as the computation of objects of each type existing in the network.

Security and access

There are no limits on the number of accesses.
Ingrid manages permissions to allow editing or not. In the latter case, access to editing can be configured by layer, zone or by data sheet. This allows users to not only view but edit only the portion of networks or data for which they are responsible.

Fiber Optics

Yes, Ingrid allows you to define cables of any number of wires and colors.
Yes, Ingrid incorporates all types of splitter in its configuration, by brand-model, including white markings in case the supplier's identification and the equipment description are not needed.
Yes, entering a fiber and expanding its detail of threads, it is possible to determine for each one its optical path, in any of the directions of the splice box. On one side to the related OLT and on the other, to the client or last connected object.

Regardless of the geographical distance, Ingrid allows incorporating profits as part of its infrastructure, but said reserve is not added to the total length of the network.
Within the infrastructure box, Ingrid foresees the incorporation of poles, ducts, etc. In the case of poles, it is possible to have specific attributes such as its material (wood, concrete, fiberglass), whether it is rented or not, its alternative use (lighting), type of fastening, etc.

The implementation is very simple. After two training sessions, you are ready to operate the tool and use it.

Prices and investments

No investment is required. The subscription includes the server service in the cloud.
No licenses are purchased. Licenses are contracted to access the service in SaaS mode (software as a service) with a monthly or annual subscription for the contracted products and options.

Training

Ingrid is a very intuitive tool to use. Nonetheless, around two one- hour sessions are recommended. There are standard and shared training available or, if requested, specific training.
